    On 2025-05-23, we will carry out maintenance starting at 17:30 CEST. The maintenance may last until Sunday morning. During this time, the following restrictions will occur:

    • No analyses on raw data are possible, Live Data is not affected.
    • Raw data exports will not be calculated and sent.
    • Scheduled reports will not be calculated and sent.

    Data Streams remain available.

    The acquisition of tracking data will continue uninterrupted, and all collected data will be delivered after the downtime.

    All pending exports / reports will be sent after the downtime. Please expect a delay in delivery.

    Please note that not all Intelligence accounts are affected by the maintenance.

    • The Mapp Download server will not be reachable.
    • Data Streams will not be available.

    The acquisition of tracking data will continue uninterrupted.
